Dear OKforTEA Subscribers, several of the OKforTEA members and myself attended a meeting in Oklahoma City on Saturday. It was GREAT. We met with not only other Tea Party organizers, but 9-12 organizers, GOOOH organizers and many other groups all with the same goal. Protecting Oklahomans from an Overreaching Federal Government. We mostly discussed processes at this meeting but plan on doing another very soon to discuss strategy and programs. For Instance, we want to show up in force when the State Legislature begins in February. So be ready to travel. We want to take our rolling petition to the capital for our March in March to re-enforce our demands that our State do its duty and pass legislation such as sovereignty and medical protection. Lies, and the Lying liars that tell them. |
More Lies from the Liberals in Washington - There is an old saying that "Figures don't lie, liars figure". And it would seem we have a whole bunch of lying figurers on the left when it comes to "Health Care" in America. Like death caused by guns, which is lower than the number of deaths caused by buckets of water, statics which make their nutty arguments seem, well, less nutty are constantly promoted in the liberal media. Take one of the "Oh my Lord this is horrible" reasons to Nationalize our Health care. Infant Morality Rates. In American the mortality rate is 7 per per 1000 live births compared to say Japan where it is 5. But as Bill Clinton would say, "...this all depends on what your definition of is, is" Turns out that these other countries do not count all of their Live Births. For instance, in most of Europe, they do not consider babies born before their 26th week as a candidate for live birth. So they are excluded. Once again, the left, with the help of the National Medial has lied to us in order to trick us into thinking we have horrible health care. A Plain case for Civil Disobedience and Jury Nullification! |
 Senator Tom Carper has gone on record saying he will NOT read the health care bill before he votes on it. The reason, it is too complicated! But you will be expected to know and understand every nuance of the thing. In this video he said, "Sen. Thomas Carper (D.-Del.), a member of the Senate Finance Committee, told CNSNews.com that he does not "expect" to read the actual legislative language of the committee's health care bill because it is "confusing" and that anyone who claims they are going to read it and understand it is fooling people."I don't expect to actually read the legislative language because reading the legislative language is among the more confusing things I've ever read in my life," Carper told CNSNews.com.Carper described the type of language the actual text of the bill would finally be drafted in as "arcane," "confusing," "hard stuff to understand," and "incomprehensible." He likened it to the "gibberish" used in credit card disclosure forms.

There you have it folks. A sitting Senator being part of what James Madison (father of the Constitution) said. This is why every one of you needs to get to the Jury Nullification class and bring every husband, wife, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son, uncle, aunt, neighbor. You can only fight back IF YOU UNDERSTAND your Rights and how YOU CAN NEGATE these plainly Un-Constitutional Laws!

 Don't be fooled. If passed, you will be paying for Illegal Aliens Health Care - Janet Murguia is a big supporter of Obama Care. And why not. She knows that if this is passed, even if it does not originally include language that gives this to illegal aliens, all she has to do is wait. These people will do what they always do. Play the "Children" card. "We know that politically it's very difficult right now to take on the issue of undocumenteds [but] there's no reason why we shouldn't be trying to cover as many people as possible, certainly when it comes to undocumented children," she said. "Our goal should be to have health care reform for everyone." She said. And just like Abortion, no matter if it is included in the original bill or not, it will be slipped in by one of these congress critters in the dead of night and before you know it, you WILL be paying for the health care of criminals and murdering babies! NEWS FLASH - The 14th Amendment has been repealed! |
 Well, not exactly repealed but modified to fit what the "Police State" wants. Asset Forfeiture laws have been passed in almost every state, prompted by the RICO statute, that allows the police to STEAL your property with hardly any recourse for you to get it back! What they do is charge your property with a crime! This way, they avoid that nasty little detail of the Constitutional protection of your property. This is clearly criminal and should NOT be allowed. (What is doubly wrong with this case is the government is using un-constitutional marijuana law to steal a widows home and land. Article I section 8 STILL does not give the Federal Government any power to regulate Personal Behavior. This Amendment was repealed in 1933 in part due to the fact that this Amendment and law gave rise to rampant organized crime and violence (Un-intended consequences?) The Un-Constitutional Controlled Substance Act. Most states had some laws concerning Drugs specifically aimed at again, immigrants and the Lower classes. What is interesting is to see just how the Drug Law Creep (they will not put your Doctor in jail if they think he prescribed too much pain killer for you) mirrors the creep in manufacturing, hours and wages, environment, etc. And how these "Drug Laws" have once again (surprise surprise) led to a wave of organized crime in America! Imagine that! The Federal Government has NO power to meddle in any of this of course. This gets back to my favorite saying. "The root of all evil is to be found in Washington DC". Jury Nullification, once enough people are aware of it, will negate all of these Un-Constitutional laws and put the Federal Government where they belong. Back in their box. A criminal enterprise that is being investigated for voter fraud, voter intimidation, aiding in setting up an illegal operation is now getting almost $1 Million from FEMA and the Department of Home Land Security! Why in the world you might ask would you give this much money to what appears to be a criminal operation when fire departments all over the US are struggling? Well, lets just say it pays to have "friends in high places".

Another way for these people to feel good about themselves, at your expense of course. The ASPIRE act. Ever notice how these clowns in Washington name these bills that are aimed at stealing from you and giving your money to someone else? Do you remember the "Dream Act". Yeah, it was a dream alright. Isn't a nightmare a dream that did not turn out so well? The Dream will do just what the "Aspire" act will do, well sort of. They were doing it for the children of course. Well, the new and improved wealth transfer act, named to make you feel really good about getting robbed is called ASPIRE. This is where they are going to take $500 of your money and put it into an account for every child born after December 31, 2009. Notice I said "Every Child". I do not see in the act where they exclude illegal aliens. And this will be able to grow Tax Free. Of course there are all kinds of twist and turns in who can put more money in and how much of it will come from you, but since this only applies to people earning below the national median income, you can bet you are out of luck. Another thing you can bet on is that 90% of these people will never deposit another dime of "Their Money" into this thing. So just how much money will these folks have after say 20 years? Well, the rule of 72 says, divide the number 72 by the interest rate to find out how long it take to double your money (at compound interest). So, interest rate on savings right now is around 3.5%. 72/3.5 = 20.6 years. so, in 20 years this $500 will magically turn into $1000. amazing huh. But all of these Congress Critters will sleep the sleep of the good and the just knowing that they did their part to spend your money on this "Noble" cause.
