Title: A State of War

               Tom Counts and I just returned from the most exciting invigorating two days of my life.  Friday September 11, 12, 2009.  On Friday, me and a group of fellow Oklahomans’ met with Senator Coburn, Senator Inhofe’s staff and had a teleconference with Mary Fallon.  As we expect, both of our senators are rock solid.  I really think they should propose legislation that all US Senators have to come from Oklahoma.  Think about what those poor people in Wisconsin, Maryland, Michigan, New York, Massachutes and on and on have representing them!  To take a line from a Cher song, Liars, Tramps and Thieves. 

               Nancy Pelosi adjourned the house so they would not be in Washington while we were there.  And of course the Hand Puppet in Chief left Dodge as well.  And it is just as well.  While millions of American’s were telling him and Washington we would NOT accept the Government’s Un-Constitutional involvement in our Health Care, he was in liberal land (Minneapolis) at the voter cattle pens having the obomatons rant and rave over his every word.  He kept saying, “…what is their plan…” I say our plan is simple.  It is to keep you from Un-Constitutionally meddling in the People and the States Rights.  Just Keep your Federal Nose out of OUR business! 

               And just how many people were at this Rally?  Well, C-Span reported at one point, 500.  CNN, I understand said 50,000.   And even Fox got into the downplaying it act by saying that “Tens of Thousands” of people were at the event.  I was there.  I know there were well over 1.5 million people there.  And here is what a lady that lives near Washington had to say.  This came from IRON:

I am telling you, from being not 2 miles from the capitol, in every single direction there was a sea of people. Parks service, VA and MD state patrol said at least 2 million were present plus another est. .5 million were roadside and had flanked the capitol by 6 p.m. Not mentioning this time (6 p.m.) were the numbers still parked on the highway LMAO!

This is without a doubt the largest gathering of American citizens from many walks of life, to appear in unison protesting against Government Spending and the current administrations spending of tax dollars, healthcare proposed care, and huge regulations and unaccountable czars.  That in itself is a very big deal!

Like I said, Tom and I were there and we can vouch for these numbers!  Here is a picture that says it all.

Are they building enough prisons?  Civil Disobedience (of which Jury Nullification plays a big role) will be an important part of our reaction if this Un-Constitutional Obama HealthCare nightmare does manage to make it through congress and into law.  There of course will be fines and jail terms for those of us who will NOT SUBMIT.  Well I say, lets fill ‘em up.  This is where I draw my line in the sand.  No way NO how will I pay one dime to any Federal Mandated Insurance or health care plan.  What about alternatives?  Ron Paul has some very good, common sense alternatives that all involve getting the Federal Government OUT OF THE PROCESS.  Go here to read more - http://www.house.gov/htbin/blog_inc?BLOG,tx14_paul,blog,999,All,Item%20not%20found,ID=090914_3520,TEMPLATE=postingdetail.shtml

Obama shows who he is really working for – The Hand Puppet in Chief has thrown the small emerging democracies that escaped the Soviet Empire (After Reagan destroyed it) under the bus.  A Defensive missile shield, that would have not only made us, the people that this clown has sworn an oath to defend safer, but it would also have made the Czech Republic, Poland and the other CSI states safer as well.  But that means nothing to the man who is looking for Big Brother Government and a new world order.  Go here to read more - http://www.rushlimbaugh.com/home/daily/site_091709/content/01125107.guest.html

A perfect chance for Jury Nullification – We all know that the endangered species act, part of the Progressive/Socialist efforts to (Through the EPA) turn productive parts of the US into dependencies of the Federal Government, is Un-Constitutional.  This group is now threatening the lives and livelihoods of everyone living in the San Joaquin Valley, a part of the desert turned into one of the most productive farming areas in America through hard work and our tax payer dollars.   A dry part of America that this year has been even drier after a federal court ordered that pumps moving water through the system be turned down to protect endangered species including delta smelt, salmon and green sturgeon. Think about this.  Where once people lived, worked, raised families and dreamed the American Dream, they have been reduced to government aid and having their governator go begging to the Feds for relief.  Relief in the form of food to the most productive farming areas in the United States!  This is an outrage!  So what if, Joe and Sally Farmer looked in their Constitution and noticed there was NO MENTION of the Delta Smelt listed there.  And they looked at Article I section 8 and noticed that the control of the environment is NOT listed in the 18 things we allow the Federal Government to do. So, Joe and Sally go drop several gallons of bleach into the delta (which evaporates quickly after it kills all of these bait fish) so they can continue to pursue their “Happiness” just like it says in the Constitution.  And now imagine Bill and Mary Quisling see them do this and report them.  The Federal Government then arrests them and puts them on trial.  Want to know what could and should happen?  Come to my Jury Nullification class on September 24, Woodcrest Church at 6PM, 193^rd and Pine Street to find out!
