Taking America Back one Jury at a Time
It would reduce the whole instrument to a single phrase, that of instituting a Congress with power to do whatever would be for the good of the United States; and as they would be the sole judges of the good or evil, it would be also a power to do whatever evil they please. But ambitious encroachments of the federal government, on the authority of the State governments, would not excite the opposition of a single State, or of a few States only. I go further, and affirm that bills of rights, in the sense and to the extent in which they are contended for, are not only unnecessary in the proposed Constitution, but would even be dangerous. They would contain various exceptions to powers not granted; and on this very account, would afford a colorable pretext to claim more than were granted. For why declare that things shall not be done which there is no power to do? Even then we see constant encroachments and construction by a dishonest Executive, Legislative and Judicial Branches of Government. The above quotes are from the greatest minds in America when the Constitution was being written (except the last quote from Thomas Jefferson). James Madison was at every session of the Convention and kept copious notes. Thomas Jefferson, while in France at this time, was in constant correspondence with Madison and other delegates to the convention (it was Jefferson who talked Madison into the Bill of Rights).
Think about what these people said and then think about where we are today. We have a government by Fiat, not law. Everything this administration has done up to this point, from taking over car companies, to firing private firms employees, to giving money to banks and favorite private companies, to trying to take over our health care are all Patently UN-CONSTITUTIONAL. This is not to say Obama alone is responsible for this nightmare we call Our Government. We have a large share of the blame ourselves. Some of us or our parents voted for the architects of our destruction, FDR, Kennedy, Johnson, Bush 1 & 2 to name a few. We need to start the process of changing our path. But once Scoundrels and Scallywags make it to power, where they undoubtedly are today, they will not give it up easily. (Note Lincoln’s war on the South. Nothing to do about Slavery, everything to do about revenue. If you do not understand this statement, email me for suggested reading on the subject). We all need to be prepared for what may be coming.
The Brown Shirts are Coming – Obama wants a National Police Force - "We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded." These are Obama’s own words. What does he mean by his “National Security Objectives”? Are they my objectives, or yours? I think not. That this guy thinks he needs a bunch of thugs from ACORN or SEIU to act as a force of intimidation is just over the top. I read a book years ago (well, I almost read it all, The Turner Dairy. It was so twisted and racist that I never could finish it, but I may go back and read what I missed now) that had predicted a “National Police Force” and it was not pretty. We must Resist the establishment of this sort of thing with our last breath if necessary. As Thomas Jefferson said, we owe it to our posterity! In case you think I am exaggerating, do a quick review of the history of Brown Shirts (SA) in Germany and their role in Hitler’s rise to power. Did you hear about the 65 year old man who had his finger bitten off by one of Obama’s brown shirts in California on Thursday the 3rd? What’s sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander? Not in our rulers world – Just how disconnected are the people in Washington from us “Common Folk”. Pretty disconnected it would seem. Read the next passage;

Now think about this so called Obama Care bill that these people are trying to pass. Does it apply to our rulers? Of course not. In Moscow (and I have seen it with my own eyes) there was a very upscale shopping type of mall. In it you could find every type of food, wine, appliance and finery available anywhere in the world. The problem was, it was Only open to the Politburo. The “Rulers” of the Soviet Empire. Sound familiar?

Time for a new party - We have the worst President and the worst Congress in the History of our Nation. And the Republicans are just Democrat Lite. Think about where we are and where we are going. Taxes are 41% of our GDP! Europe is only 39%! We have $12,000,000,000,000 in current debt and Your and My Children are faced with $57,000,000,000,000 of debt! This is Outrageous and MUST be Stopped! We need someone who will step forward and say, NO MORE. It can’t be anyone who has ever run for president before. Granted this was a movie. But if you watched it, you saw an alien force attempt to take over America. (I think this is not too far off the mark of what we are seeing today. Obama and Van Jones (finally quit) and his other Czars all seem like they come from another planet. A guy that thinks Trees and Dogs should be able to sue us in court? A person that thinks genocide is an acceptable position for our Federal Government to take? They cannot have been raised in the USA and have these beliefs.) You saw our brave men and women going into harms way knowing full well that they did not possess any chance of success. When the make believe President Whitmore said these words, it raised goose bumps on many’s necks and arms. We do love our country and I for one am not willing to let it go silently into the night.
